What a fun, retro looking place. Very clean room and obviously remodeled recently. Staff was great and the price was what attracted me. I was not expecting the quality to be as good as it was.

Rooms not cleaned for our entire stay which is 4 nights When enquired the response was we clean the rooms every 2 days and that too nevet happened We have to request for clean towels every day Rubbish not collected After staying at sandman for few years this is the Worst experience we've had

Nice and clean motel. The staff was nice at the reception and bartender were all friendly and professional. Breakfast was short of a disaster as the item selection was poor at best, there was limited space and the person in charge was in the kitchen not restocking or being helpful at all. Also, when asked to call the front desk and ask for pool towels she replied “no,” but at that point I wasn’t sure if even she spoke English or what she was doing there. The swimming pool was a little crowded filled with noisy kids diving and screaming and the jacuzzi was worse and not a place to relax. The towel rack wasn’t stocked well. Overall, close to being a sweet nice place but need some improvements. Although the area seems safe there is not much around yet the Vietnamese restaurant has excellent and service and really good food. There are also 2-3 restaurants within walking distance that were recommended. I will give The Sandman another chance.
