"The property owner was wonderful providing info and help as needed. The kitchen was well equipped for those who like to prepare meals. Staying on the "quiet side" of Mt. Desert Island was good for us. We had easy access to Acadia National Park and could drop into the busyness of Bar Harbor when we wanted that experience."

"The location is awesome overlooking the bay. This was a last minute vrbo selection for us and we could not have been happier. Looking out the windows to view the boats and harbor was like a post card of Maine come true. Although it was just the two of us, the house can easily accommodate 6 people. 2 bathrooms are always a bonus. Communication with the property management was excellent."

Located right on the ocean, the views are spectacular and we enjoyed every minute we spent here, taking in the sunrises and watching the lobster boats in Frenchman's Bay. We loved staying in Hancock, which is a nice distance from all the places we love to visit when in Maine Chippers Restaurant is right down the road and my husband enjoyed the Lobster Alfredo immensely. We find ourselves in Ellsworth and Bar Harbor often when we visit...
