Extremely welcoming and friendly family run hotel. Homely feel, nice atmosphere and ambience. Very clean and tidy throughout. Comfy bed, tea and coffee facilities in room. Good choice of breakfast menu and excellent cooked breakfast! Rooms at the front overlook the promenade and the sea.
Easy access to trams and buses running the length of the promenade from Fleetwood (north) to Starr Gate (south) . Good choice of decent eateries within walking distance.
It was like good old fashioned hotel service with cleanliness and food, owners so helpful and accommodated our ever need.
Certainly worth the money and patronising the business.
Lovely B&B run by Danny who was very friendly. This is a beautiful B&B, very clean and well kept. Breakfast was well cooked with plenty of choice. The hotel is situated between North pier and Bispham which is a quiet area of Blackpool. It is on the seafront and so has direct access to the beach, trams and buses.
A great welcome received from all staff, they couldn't do enough for us throughout our stay.
Room was very clean and fresh. comfy double bed but it was a little small for us, this is just personal choice of liking a larger bed.
Breakfast was excellent, good choice of food, very tasty English breakfast.
The beach front location is great, in the middle of Blackpool town and Fleetwood. Easy access to local transport. The hotel also has off street parking.
Would definitely return
Hello all,
Stayed in the Windsor Park for 2 nights to see the illuminations and go and see "Uncanny" at the Grand Theatre.
Danny the proprietor could not be more friendly, helpful and welcoming. Additionally all people working in the WP were friendly and provided a very good service.
The Guesthouse was absolutely spotless! Really clean and fresh.
Our room was warm, comfortable, and not a speck of dust anywhere and the loo was super clean. We had a lovely view of the sea and it was great to just sit by the window with a coffee and look out.
It is well situated for Trams and its possible to walk into Blackpool centre (but it is a bit of a walk). There is a street about 15 mins walk from Windsor Park where you can get food out- a good selection of Restaurants and Cafes, Danny helpfully told us about it.
The breakfast was freshly cooked to order and there was a good choice of dishes to order.
As we drove there it was helpful to be able to park in the WP car park. Street parking was also available we noted.
We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.
Thanks Danny and staff for a very enjoyable stay. You're all doing a brilliant job!.
With a handful of parking spaces at the front of the hotel and nearby on street parking, it was a nice change not to be paying for parking in Blackpool (some other hotels charge around £10/day. The owner was very welcoming and attentive, which was nice. The room was a bit cramped but well presented and clean. I found the double bed uncomfortable but my partner didn't. The heating was on too high when we arrived and we needed to switch it off. There was plenty of storage, with a wardrobe and drawers. TV was very small. The bathroom was very small too, with a radiator almost touching. The shower was behind the bathroom door and again was a bit cramped. Water pressure was OK, so we were able to have a nice shower. Breakfast was really nice with a good selection of cereals and the full breakfast was a must.
From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcome. Our room was comfortable and quiet. We were given great advice about transport and local places to eat. The tram stop was just across the road and they run regularly throughout the day or you can take a lovely stroll along the seafront to the centre of Blackpool. Parking at the property was a bonus as we just left the car throughout our stay.
Danny manages an excellent hotel. Everything exemplary.
Fastidiously clean, well appointed rooms, dining and relaxation areas. Very good breakfast choices. Plentiful free parking. Bus & Tram stops directly outside premises.
Blackpool Centre is walkable too. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Thank you.
Lovely hotel. Plenty of light and well aired. Nice bar. Breakfast room where food was very nice. Sun room. Nice shower and bedroom with tv. Tea coffee. Hair-dryer and toiletries. Few 100 metres on your right after leaving hotel was a few Italian. Indian. Greek and steak restaurants. Tram stops outside if wanting to go to the south or you can walk to Ma Kelly's bar where there is entertainment
Picked this hotel for its location and high review score.
It may not be the Savoy but the hosts treat you like your in the Savoy.
Room was small but adequate , shower/toilet is small but ok for a couple.
Plenty space for your clothes, plenty condiments when needing a cuppa, shower gels and soap on hand as well.
Breakfast has a cereal/hot food choice but the hosts do accomodate requests/change from menu, eggs benedict is a must.
Bar in hotel handy for a swift drink but closes at ten.
Hotel location is handy for bus/tram stop which is close by.
Overall I would recommend this place as a friendly , welcoming, warm hotel.
There are only three staff members, one is the manager and they deserve applause for the hard work they put in to ensure the smooth running of this hotel.
A very warm welcome. Room was spotless, clean modern bathroom with a comfy bed. It was a good spot right on the tram line just 10 mins from the pleasure beach stop. Would recommend you park your car and get a tram ticket. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of options and tasty - set us up for the day 😀 There are places to eat 5 minute walk away so you don’t have to go into central Blackpool, recommend Bispham Kitchen restaurant for a cake or fish and chips.
Thank you for a lovely stay and we look forward to returning next year.

Friendly staff, very good breakfast. Breakfast table could do with bigger size to host all the items on the table as they do have space for it. Forefront parking isn’t ideal as someone parked behind us and wasn’t able to use our car for whole day so park in the street. Bed and room is quite small but it’s okay if you only using it to crash somewhere. Tram station is just opposite so easy to get to central or south pier
I have stayed at Windsor Park many times over the years
The hotel is spotless and the rooms are very comfortable.
The breakfast is perfect and the service is great.
There’s on-site parking, however when it’s full there’s very safe street parking only a minute away.
My sister and I very much enjoyed our stay!
