"The apartment was clean and newly renovated and on the second floor which is great since many buildings do not have lifts. It's central location was very convenient and lots of fun to people watch in the square from the balcony. It can be loud at night but it didn't bother us as we came prepared - it really just added to the ambiance of Old Town Nice. Val was readily available for any questions and recommendations."

"I had an amazing stay at this beautiful flat! The location was perfect, allowing easy access to all the local attractions by tram. The highlight was definitely the breathtaking sea view, which made my mornings and evenings truly special. The host was incredibly accommodating and kindly allowed us to check in early, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing and comfortable stay!"

"Muy lindo el departamento,limpio y confortable. Faltaron toalló y toalla para el 3°huésped, Tendría que haber tenido una jarra eléctrica o un recipiente donde calentar agua para un simple té. Deficiente la vajilla solo 4 tacitas de café …sin platos ni cubiertos…y al menos dejar 3 saquitos de café ,no solo 2 ,sabiendo que éramos 3. "Absolutely LOVED the studio apartment with the most amazing view. The apartment was very clean and well equipped and quiet. It was wonderful to comeback every day from our day trips to this tranquil villa with spacious green spaces and sit on the balcony with a glass of wine and enjoy the view. Parking space on the property is included which is a bonus. We walked or took the train most days. It is a bit of a steep walk from town to the villa but doable."

"Great location in old town Nice.walking distance to beach, bars, and restaurants. Well appointed apartment. Comfortable beds. Comfortable furniture. There are one floor of stairs that was not disclosed. The elevator in the listing goes from first floor up. Also, there are three Irish pubs very close to the unit which are very loud until at least 1 or 2 in the morning. Again, not disclosed. Ear plugs were provided."

"The house was super cozy, we stayed for two weeks and we visit all the most beautiful cities on the French Riviera! The owner , Jocelyne , was very nice to us, she don't speak English so it was a bit difficult to communicate.. luckily my partner studied some French at school so we managed to communicate somehow! Fantastic holiday, Nice is fabulous !"

"The apartment has everything we needed, kitchen well stocked although we didn’t cook.. would have like some mugs as had to make tea in glasses. Bedroom wall needs some attention - paint and plaster flaking off. No air conditioning on this visit as it was being fixed but the owner provided two fans which were more than satisfactory. The bakers downstairs does delicious pastries for breakfast, well worth a visit. Although the accommodation is further out of town than the Vrbo site suggests it has...

"The pool and sauna hours for the hotel were relatively long so that was helpful because after a day out, you can use them. The sauna was well maintained and even included a shower. The hotel staff were helpful but had very short working hours so always had to wait full day to ask a question if anything happened in the evening.
