"Condo was clean, well equipped. Property facilities were more than expected. We were there at a less busy time and was exceptionally quiet. Property is away from "downtown" area but was walkable to grocery shopping and basic needs."

"This place is great! We live in the area and stay here as a little staycation from time to time when our house is being worked on. The staff is awesome and nice and the property is amazing! Would highly recommend to all! We love coming back!"

"I must say I enjoyed my 3 night stay at this cottage. Check in was easy, the cabin was clean, plenty towels ,bedding, cookware. There is no laundry facility as noted in amenities. There were a few cracks in the floor tiles, which was no big deal to me. I had my own DVD's for living living room TV. The grounds could have used some attention. My only issue was the faucet in the Shower dripped continuous. The faucet handles could use some replacement. I will be staying here upon my return to Big Bear."

"Very clean and the staff were very accommodating and helpful. The location can’t be beat - you can walk to all the downtown restaurants and shops. The hotel is older but the bed was comfy and everything was very clean. I’d definitely stay here again! "
