Overall we enjoyed our stay. It was rather brief. We arrived at about 9:30 pm Friday night and were gone by 10:30 am Saturday morning. The room was nice and spacious for a standard room. It was just what we needed and would stay here again.
Only complaints was the website stated the hot tub and pool facility was 24 hours which it wasn't and the hallways were a little noisy. The pool and hot tube were the parts we were looking forward to most but with such a late arrival and early departure we didn't get to utilize this as their website listed incorrect information.
We had a one-night stay, only because everything else was booked full for the day we were coming in--transferred to the Hilton for a convention the next day. The room was nice enough and served its purpose; we're not picky. The room was a bit musty if the AC was off. No airport shuttle, so a local friend picked us up.
I wish I couldve stayed longer!! The layout of the room is great, full kitchen came in handy. Unfortunately I had to switch hotel in the middle of my stay because when I went to re-up for more nights they were sold out.
The check-in process was simple and friendly. The front desk clerk was helpful and informative. Our room was ready and seemingly clean. The balcony was a nice surprise feature. The refrigerator and microwave came in very handy. There were plenty of options for breakfast (even healthy ones!) and the 24/7 coffee and hot chocolate was great. The sports bar next door, Joe Senser's, is by far the best Saturday night bar we have ever been to. Wonderful place! Our check out process was also simple and friendly. Overall, very pleased with the hotel.
Everything about the hotel was nice and comfortable. We don't have a single complaint and look forward to staying at his hotel again when we visit Minneapolis. We did not use it but the hotel even offers a shuttle service back-and-forth to the mallof America.
