"Great salt water pool and hot tub"

"The rooms were clean, however, no communication was done via text message even though they mentioned if there was anything needed to text. No communication on when room service was coming in. Half of the machine in the fitness room did not work & breakfast is not free eve though the site said it was. "

"The Hotel was under construction and we were not warned ahead of time! The noise was unberable and we got sick from the dust in the air from construction. I always love being at an Embassy Suites but this was a horrible experience "

"There is a per day charge for parking in an open lot that is not stated when booking. Bathroom had black hair in the sink and toilet so was not cleaned. There was gum on the floor. Suite had no bedding for pull out and I had to call twice to get it and took 45 min then had no comforter or blankets. Late night staff seemed extremely upset about helping with this issue. Do not recommend "
