The property was clean, everything an overnight stay was supposed to be, it was. Quiet, the TV, wifi, and A/C worked. When I had a question about getting to the airport, the staff member at the front desk was helpful. For the price, the stay was a pretty good value. Only downside in my opinion is that it was a little further from the airport (MSP) than I would have liked but it wasn't that bad

Staff and breakfast were great. Room was a little dirty with hair on the curtains that was kind of gross. Hot tub looked super murky so we didn’t use it but was one of the reasons we booked this hotel. Overall ok stay.

We stayed for 4nights and our experience was ok. Our suite was alright but it could be better. One of the bathroom light wasn't working so the bathtub area was a bit dark. The sofa bed was not comfortable at all, its over used. They said housekeeping is only every other day but for 4nights of our stay, there were no housekeeper to clean and freshend up our room, change the garbage and towels. Breakfast was good but they only serving sausage, I was hoping for bacon as well. Overall experience was ok.

The property was very quiet and I appreciate that. Breakfast was good. There were items in my room which needed attention. Places where the paint was not on the walls. Behind the main door the handle had broken the wall. It had been repaired but never painted and it was once again broken in. I would also like for there to be a hook on the back of the bathroom door for more convivence.

I stayed 2 nights with family. The breakfast was good and plentiful. It was different both days. We used the pool and it was nice and quiet for a weekend. The whole place was clean. Easy and free parking. A 24 hr Dennys right next door was nice but we didn't eat there. A Trader Joe's across the highway was great. We bought some food and stored in the fridge and heated in microwave.

I really appreciated the cost of this stay, so I feel like I cannot comment much on the cleanliness of the place. I wanted to mention, however, that the room we stayed in had a poorly cleaned bathroom. The drain was clogged, the soap was empty, there was hair from, assumably, a previous guest, and the water spout in the tub was spraying out. The patio/balcony doorway was not able to be opened. The pool and hot tub were very warm, which we all appreciated. The jet in the hot tub was very very strong. They shared that they were fully booked the night we stayed and I just liked spending time with my friends and having access to a pool. I really appreciated the price with the amenities and the breakfast, but just some unfortunate downsides I wanted to share.

Good location, very comfortable bed, front desk staff were fantastic. I read reviews before staying and it was almost funny how spot on some of them were: breakfast was fine, but took a long time to replace missing items. Only one ice machine worked (4th floor), shower backs up, several people seemed to be looking for towels, understaffed (no one at front desk in the morning). However, I thought it smelled fine, and while the elevator is older (slow and worn and probably should have 2 elevators for their size) it was fine. For the price, I’d stay again - did not check out the pool.
