"Unfortunately on arriving it became apparent straight away that somehow our booking had been missed. The hotel was not busy so they soon found us a room. Other than a couple of minor issues, phone in room not working, no milk for tea/coffee and having to request an iron, we had a wonderful stay. The staff are fantastic, so friendly and always on hand. Food and service was very good although disappointing that some restaurants were not open."

The apartment it’s self, the lounge and kitchen space is too small, too much furniture cramped in. 3 bedrooms are squashed into this apartment and it really needed more living space. "We stayed here for our annual weekender to Benidorm. It was conveniently located to all the bars, the beach and nightlife. The hotel had great facilities, breakfast included and two outdoor pools all for reasonable rates. The staff were courteous and helpful when needed. Our room was comfortable and clean.
