"I was in Belfast when there were three festivals going on so hotel prices were very high. ETAP Belfast provided an inexpensive hotel within easy walking distance of City Hall. It was basic but perfectly comfortable. A very good budget hotel for exploring the city, as long as you don't expect any frills. "
