"Great location with only a 5 min walk to access the Metro. Clean building and clean room. Even though the room faced Lane Cove Road, the traffic noise was very low. Breakfast buffet was very good but staff cleaning tables were very selective on the tables they cleared (waited for tables to be empty before clearing them) and when cleaning tables one staff just wiped all food scraps onto the floor. Not what you expect to see at any hotel, never mind a Marriott. We were overcharged for breakfast...

"Parking : requires staff to validate on arrival, I got hit with a $50 fee when exiting the carpark. Would be useful for staff to know to ask for that. When I arrived, the unit I booked didn't have HDMI cables (I'm assuming) and tv's didn't work. Kitchen stovetop still had laminate cover over it. "GREAT property!!! The coffee machine in the room and the free barista coffee on your way out the door in the morning are AMAZING!!!!!!!!! Highly recommend this property. I've stayed in a few properties over the last 3 months in Chatswood, and this one is by far the best. Its clean and modern. The staff are very lovely, the towels are fluffy and the bed is extremely comfortable."
