"We regularly stay here when visiting Bradford as we always receive excellent service and it is a very convenient location. Have emailed separately regarding a slight staffing issue on this occasion, however this is not a reflection of the usual high standards experienced."

"The room was very spacious and we enjoyed our stay but when asked if they had a refrigerator they said No. we had some food that needed refrigeration and they didn’t even have a small portable fridge that we could rent. As a result we had to throw our food away. The staff didn’t seem terribly interested in trying to help us or find workarounds which was disappointing. There was also no air conditioning and we had to open the window to let cool air in but this also result in some street noise...
