"Such a beautiful property with everything you need and walking distance from everything. Such wonderful relaxing views and the walk around the lake was such a treat. The owner was so supportive and answered all questions I needed promptly. I really have nothing to fault at all. If I return to Daylesford in the future, I know where I will be staying. You will not be disappointed. The photos don't match the complete beauty and tranquility of this property."

"The property itself was definitely amazing, and the area was fantastic. Nice and private but close to the main drag of Daylesford. The only thing I would critique would be the overall state of the house, just some TLC regarding paint and re staining the decks."

"A bit to close to the main rd, was a bit noisy sitting out on the deck. Missing some key information on how to use appliances. And the cook ware could really use an update. But otherwise great stay the bed was super comfortable"

"Saltus was divine. Beautifully decorated. Somehow it was a warm as fast even when we turned the heating off. Heated floors in bathroom were divine! Saltus products sooooo divine. Am buying my own!"

"One of the nicest accommodation we have stayed in. Short walk to Hepburn springs creek and day spa. We were itching to sit out on the balcony and enjoy the view and sounds from the creek and wildlife but unfortunately during our stay the weather wasn’t the greatest. We loved the open fire and the stone bath was quite big and comfortable for 2. Great well equipped kitchen. Would definitely stay here again 👌😀"

"We treated ourselves to a week long stay in beautiful Daylesford and Park Avenue was the perfect house for us to relax and unwind in front of the wood fire whilst enjoying total silence from the quiet neighbourhood. The gardens are beautifully maintained and you can enjoy nice views to the outside through the many windows. A short stroll to Lake Daylesford, close to all the local attractions and the town's shopping and eateries, we divided our time between enjoying the house and sightseeing. A...
