They should have refillable water which saves wasted bottles. Also, expect to pay €20 to get into town or walk for 20 mins or so. We received a nice gesture of champagne upon arrival which may have been in anticipation of room location challenges. In the morning you can hear furniture moving above. Staff was quite inhospitable - unusual for our experience in Italy.
