"We had a wonderful time staying at the Caruso, A Belmond Hotel in Ravello. We were greeted by friendly and warmhearted staffs. We got free upgrade to a suite with balcony viewing of the sea and surrounded with purple wisterias. The suite was spacious and prepared the welcoming champagne and fresh fruits. The hotel had stunning views every corner and the service was impeccable. Unfortunately, we couldn't use the complementary sunset boating tour due to the weather. "

They offered us transport to the hotel from napels/salerno, for a fee of course, and offered free bag service from the port/bus station to the hotel.
