They really do care about their guests and are incredibly kind and super responsive to guests. The nicest staff I've met in all my travels. "The hotel is as you would expect - basic, but clean. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast is plentiful and the pastries in particular were very good. Only negatives: (1) the AC in my room needed a service. The fan was incredibly noisy on the high setting, so I turned it to low.
