"Communication upon checking in was questionable. I was told fireplace was inoperable due to “season” yet, when I read guest pamphlet provided by front desk it noted 3 more days of fireplace availability. So, I asked for maintenance to turn back on (a switch). Additionally, had to have maintenance switch bedroom tv to HDMI because it was “off” . (Guest should not have to do this) and was shown where temperature thermostat was hiding. Overall, the most significant issue I couldn’t fix was the loud...

"The property is very close to main shopping center and restaurants. Location is wonderful. It is surrounded by nature, river, red rocks. Love it!!!"

"There were some small cockroaches in the living room. The counter was wobbly and unbalanced. I had trouble getting receiving the form for my deposit to my SMS, until agent sent it to my email. Then I was able to complete the process. I'm going through a separation right now and needed a cheap place to stay. Metro was a saver for me. I would've stayed longer but I wanted to be closer to my job. I will definitely use Metro again. "

"This was a beautiful area to stay. My room was spacious. Had floor-to-ceiling windows. It was clean, quiet. Soundproofing was done very well. There was a little bit of construction going on. They did include ear plugs in one of the side tables. Not that I used them. I had my own and I only really needed them. One day out of the 10 I stayed. I would have to say that the only negative thing I would have to say about this property is the lighting. I am visually impaired so I need lots of light to...

"Our 5 night stay was great! I have to say the floors were very dirty and leave our feet feeling dirty and black but our experience was overall average. We also noticed a pee stain on the mattress protector and the bedding was in okay shape. The amenities and communication through the resort was great. "
