Excellent location, favourite part of town we have stayed in when coming to Amsterdam. As for the hotel itself - you get what you pay for. I expected the room to be quite small but it was enough to fit us. The staff were nice when we interacted with them. The rooms are not cleaned very well, it was clear that they do a surface-level clean... if that. There was some kind of jam on the counters and the floors were pretty dirty when we checked in. A couple of days we didn't have the rooms cleaned at all. But overall, for the price paid, we were ok with the room.

Great location for sightseeing in Amsterdam. Convenient to metro and bus, as well as old city canals and museums. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Reasonably priced. And the bathroom floors were heated, nice extra touch!!

staff were really friendly and it was in a vreat location. The Safe didnt work and the door didnt always shut when left behind you, it took a real big slam for the door to lock.

Great location, very close to tram station, also located in a quiet area. Approximately an 8-10 minute walk to the museums. There was always a staff member at the front desk. Rooms are a good size for 1-2 people. Shower leaked water on the floor, although not a deal breaker, just requires some attention.
