I will recommend this property as it is so near the bus stop with bus 22. This makes it easier and convenient to go to the city center.. The breakfast buffet is excellent!! Although there not much changes in the menu everyday, there are wide selections I would like to give an excellent for the staffs but was a bit let down when one female receptionist was not familiar with how can we rent the portable wifi and not made an effort to look how we can rent it. She asked a kitchen staff who obviously have no clue about it.. But the male receptionist who attended to us when we arrive is great, helpful and courteous. Overall..this is a great hotel and worth the money!!

I highly recommend the place as its very close accessible by bus no.22. Room is big and super clean beds are comfy. Staffs are friendly. They serve lovely breakfast.

Overall the hotel was good value and the staff were excellent. It had one of the best beds we slept in on our trip. And the bathtub at the end of a long trip was a welcome bonus.

The property was lovely with all the unique artwork hanging around the hotel. The staff wasbvery friendly and attentive to our needs. They helped us with the bus route and taxi. They also held our luggage for the day after we checked out. The location is a short bus ride away from the city center and about 25 minutes from the airport. I would recommend this location to anyone going to Amsterdam.

Modern, clean and convenient for transport links. It is a little far out of walking, more like 40 mins but some nice restaurants in nearby area. Room was spacious and amenities were good. Nice selection at breakfast.

I stayed in the junior sweet. The pillows and blankets were superb, as was the shower facilities. Espresso machine and refrigerator in suite were useful. Best part is the bus stop #22, which takes you to Amsterdam Central in 15 minutes. The stop is right by the hotel. Very convenient

This is a lovely property in a quiet area just outside the center of Amsterdam. The bus stop to the city center is half a block away and you can be in the center in under 15 minutes. I highly recommend getting the multi daybus/tram card. The property abouts a city pool and your room card gets you free admission. The breakfast area overlooks the pool when you are sitting outside. We had a family room, which has two separate bedrooms. This was our second time staying there and we'd stay there again next time.

Room was hot and air-conditioning was not functioning and staff could not fix it. So we barely got any sleep. They wouldn't change our room (hotel full). Asked for reimbursement next morning and was refused! Finally comped breakfast.

Awful. We were robbed (from our locked room) within 27 minutes of checking in. Not great - especially when travelling with a child. Hotels CCTV hit and miss, can see ya but not who entered our room. Police report filled.

Stayed at this hotel for 5 days, a few positives: clean room, daily housekeeping, bus stop is right outside the hotel for to and from the Central area/station. Distance from airport using the transit was around 40mins. I was asked to pay 100$ (cad)as tourism tax upon checkin. Beside the proximity to get to central wouldn’t recommend staying here. The staff (some of them) were pretty rude, there was no air conditioning even though i was told there is. The room was literally very hot, making it difficult to sleep. Did ask reception to have a look at it 2-3 times but no help. Spent so much money to stay in a heated room, which is frustrating. One of the morning at around 7.30 while leaving the hotel i asked the man at the reception if i could grab coffee n pay, i was told that breakfast area is only for people who paid for it during stay not just for coffee and that i can get one outside. Not the best customer service if you need people to come back again for their stay. The phone in the room was disconnected, did ask reception again to look at it but no help. Had to walk all the way to the restaurant to order room service for some food. The empty plates were not picked up from outside the room for 2 days, there were wine glasses lying around too from the another room for 2 days. Do not book taxi from the reception as they charge double the price. Use uber instead if needed.

The hotel was good and on a bus line. But the list of amenities is confusing. I booked the hotel for it stated that they had laundry facilities. They do not, they have a laundry service that is in by 9 am, sent away and back the next. Pricing as expensive as dry cleaning. The pool is a public pool next to the hotel. The hotel itself is fine, but we were disappointed with some of the services we thought they had, they didn’t.
