My family had a pleasurable stay. First, it was one of the few hotels to offer a 3-bedroom room. The location between Schipol airport and the city center was very convenient for accessing, arriving, and leaving. There are plenty of grocery shops around the hotel. The staff was always prompt to help with any request. I want to personally thank Rachelle, Maks, Sergio, Sara and Alex for making our stay to adorable.

Every time I visit Amsterdam, I always like staying at this property for it location and the staff's attention to detail. They are always helpful and go iver and beyond to make tou feel qelcomed. Amsterdam Zuid is one stop from Schipol Airport and that is very convenient. The number 5 tram will take you straight to Leidseplein, which is home to many great pubs with outdoor seating and a cozy atmosphere. Hands down, this property has an A in my book!

Great location. Quiet. STaff very helpful. Breakfast OK...constantly had to ask staff to replenish kosher items but they responded quickly. Front desk helpful. Rooms clean and updated but TV channel selection poor. Rooms small. Common areas were dirty. Vacuuming should take place daily.

Bed Bugs alerts. We were attacked by lots of bedbugs at this hotel. We were sent to another room that was dirty and later found more bed bugs in. In the end left the hotel but only got refunded for the nights that we didn't stay. By principle alone they should have refunded it all.
