"For an older facility that has had the rooms updated it was reasonably nice. Everything appeared clean and in working order. Biggest complaint was that the heating unit fan was incredibly loud. Had to turn everything off in order to sleep. It was reasonably priced and walking distance from the University, which is all I was looking for."

"This is a very interesting hotel with a unique theme. Aptly named the "Graduate" because it has college student theme, one mostly revolving around sports. The room was spacious, but had a partly broken faucet in the bathroom. I reported that, so it should be fixed now. It could have used more accessible A/C outlets near all sides of the beds, however.
