"We loved feeling part of the outdoors when inside of this fun yurt. A true relaxing getaway among gorgeous tree-covered hills. Lots of options for sleeping arrangements as our group came and went. I had a fantastic deep tissue massage by Skya from Nevada City who came out to the house. The home was located about halfway between Auburn and Grass Valley which was nice. Hosts were very helpful."

"The property was beautiful. Everything yoiu would need was provided. It was off the beaten path so very quiet and woodsy. Our group of 9 were high school buddies (50 years ago) having our yearly golf trip. Several golf courses within 15 min and after a round of golf in the warm weather, the pool was a life safer. Everyone staying there said the accomodations were beyond their expectations."

"Overall wonderful. Great location with some traffic noise from the freeway across the yard. Some foot traffic noise above us upstairs. Maybe slippers are in order to reduce the noise. Both times we stayed here the bathroom tub has a very slow drain. This time, the towels were rough, just in from hanging outdoors. Soft and cushy is best. We love the lighting in the yard and fairy light projection touch!"

"We made a great choice staying here. The house is clean, well-maintained, and it is obvious a great deal of thought has been put into the comfort of guests. There is plenty for kids of all ages to do as well. Annette 9the owner) was very friendly, proactive, and available throughout our stay. "Let me start off by saying the two-star review seems a bit harsh. Here are my thoughts. Indeed, the pool lights go off at 9pm and you can't be loud past that time. The neighbors aren't super close, but I'm sure this property had issues with noise in the past and that probably ruined it for everyone going forward. The pool table and ping pong tables are smaller than your typical, but I thought the shuffleboard table was legit. The house was clean, no issues there. We had mild weather so I can't...

"We visited with old family, and met new family in this quiet, beautiful location. The house had more than enough room for all of us. The kitchen was plenty big enough to cook for everyone, and there was even extra room in the fridge in the garage. We did have one minor issue with a water leak, but it was quickly addressed by the hosts who were incredibly responsive to all communication. I would highly recommend this host to anyone looking for a beautiful location in the Auburn area."
