"It was a very convenient location. 2 minute walking distance to Riverfront. 8-10 minutes walk to Paula Dean restaurant (Lady and Two Sons). Good breakfast (scrambled eggs, sausage or bacon, grits, oatmeal, cereal, fruit, all kinds of breads). Use the stairs if you stay on 2 or 3 floor; the elevator that was working was slow. Very clean except few stains on bathroom floor. Old building but good renovations. Lastly, park across the street at public parking… it’s $15-$20 per day while hotel parking...

"The rooms were very clean but out dated. The bathroom was very small. The bed was very clean and comfortable. This property just needs some serious TLC. The location is phenomenal. We were in walking distance to everywhere. It was a little hard to sleep because of the loud music from cars in the parking lot. The parking lot is so small and hard to park. "
