"We stayed at this property due to its proximity to Georgetown University. The commute was 15 minutes. The property itself is a little older and could use some updating, but we were satisfied with our short stay."

Just needed that smile and warmth on their voice to make it a perfect experience being at the front end. On my 3night stay, I requested full service for the room for one of the days (my birthday) and did not receive it. I did hear on the radio housekeeping asked if its okay to go in with the do-not-disturb sign on doorknob and agent at front said yes. There must have...

"Clean room, great shower and comfy bed. Not a fan of the pillows and woukd have liked a better in room coffee selection or a non starbucks coffee service. Love the mini fridge. Service was great."
