from the moment we got there the staff at the desk couldn't do enough for us.being handicapped the room they first gave us was along walk from the elevator they changed it no problem they provided us with restaurant choices which were all good.
Rooms were so nice. We lived the pool area. Breakfast area needs more chairs and tables. Breakfast did not have any hot food which made it hard for my husband because he has a gluten allergy and couldn't eat any of it.
"Very good value and a clean, comfortable place to"
Clean, comfortable rooms, excellent service, friendly helpful staff all make up for any amenities that pricier hotels provide. Having the entrance to the diner next door in the foyer of the hotel allows guests to access food, beverages and liquor with the hassle of having to go outside during inclement weather. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
Hotel is in a very convent location and the hotel staff was very informative of all dining location & historical sites.
Because of limited parking the hotel provided shuttle service to and from dining facilities.
My family stayed here one night on our way to Bar Harbor, Maine. We were greeted warmly when we arrived and given lots of options for dining and activities. The rooms are small, but the bedding and towels are soft, fluffy and new. The complimentary breakfast had lots of choices. My son left his pillow in the room and the staff called me and offered to mail it to our vacation destination or our home. Wonderful customer service!!! Everyone was very nice at the Port Inn.
