The place is okay. Compared to similar places we booked for our trip, it is pricey for the room. The mattresses need to be replaced. Overall, it was okay. The staff was very friendly. There was too much smoke mixed with paint fumes. It serves its purpose for a quick stay.

The room was clean. The door to the bathroom was hard to close. We had a medical emergency on the morning we were to check out and when we came back 45 minutes before 11 our cards didn't work so we had to go back to the lobby. A minor inconvenience but when you're not feeling well it felt very unnecessary.

The motel was clean and quiet. It smelled like marijuana and cigarette smoke though. The staff were helpful. The coffee was weak with non dairy creamer. It is convenient to downtown. Overall a decent motel for a reasonable rate.

We have stayed at various M6 locations from Florida to Colorado at various times of the year. The room at this location was Okay, but could be better for the price. The Room wasn't dirty or messy at all, but the facility suffers from age. Too much paint leads to sticky doors. The bathroom door was marred with use from dirty hands and should be cleaned regularly, the caulk at the under mount sink was disgusting and could be seen by just looking in the mirror, the fan was working but offered no real purpose. The water pressure was almost non existent; the rain came down with more pressure than the shower drip. With that said, the staff were friendly and attentive. Over all I would recommend hotels avoid deferring maintenance as the undone and uncompleted repairs were numerous at this location.

Check in was pleasant and easy. Room was basic but fairly clean. Did find a grape twig stuck inside bedding which made me question cleanliness and if blankets changed. Doors slam loud throughout night. But overall an OK hotel for the price. Good location.

This hotel is very conveniently located to the Interstate and has plenty of shopping and eating options right across the road. It is a pet friendly hotel, which is great for people traveling with their fur babies, however when you step in the lobby area and elevator there is a very strong pet odor. Our room was clean enough and did not smell.
