"The property is in an absolutely beautiful setting. In the morning, we watched squirrels, rabbits, and eagles around the lake from the balcony. We were there off-season, so we couldn't find a restaurant open. Luckily, the "breakfast" the hosts left for us in the room was so generous, we were able to eat it for dinner and still have enough left over for breakfast the next day!!"

"We had a great stay here! Although I do recommend changing your picture on Expedia to something else so people don’t think they are getting that cute mini cabin(false advertising), one other thing I have to mention is the check out time! Understandable that it’s 10 am, but when there’s no employees on site to assist with minor issues (we left a bag in the room and had to card/break in) then there’s no need to have it be at 10am. "The Fairview is ALWAYS a good time and we were so happy to see rooms open to stay in. Everything was clean and easy to access. It is NOT a place to stay if you are hoping to rest or get good sleep, and unfortunately we went to bed around 10pm. The free earplugs are necessary :)"
