3 star Hotels in Friedrichshain

Great experience. Close to all amenities up till 11pm. Lidl and Netto supermarkets are very close so you can buy fresh bread and sandwich fillings also if your inclined cheap vodka and fruit juice like we did. Bed was very comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. You need 5 euro deposit for tea and coffee box. Make sure you take an adapter for electricsls as they provide for a 50 euro deposit.

Loved the convenient access to the trains - the free train pass is wonderful. Very clean and quiet hotel. It is not fancy by no means, but it's perfect for value traveler. It is also perfect if you would be out exploring the city most of your time (as you should!). Nice and knowledgeable front desk staff. Lots of stores and food shops in the train station - if you need any items while traveling or a quick bite to eat.

Stayed 3 nights in a Superior Double Room. I was a little concerned that because the price was so incredibly low to stay here, that we would be disappointed or that it would not look like the pictures. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice this hotel was. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would not change a thing and we will definitely stay here again when in Berlin.

Loved this place! Very nice area close to the Metro and all kinds of restaurants, cafes, and cool bars. Wi-Fi included.

We were absolutely over the moon with this flat. It was in a really nice area (near Frankfurter Tor) and the flat itself was perfect. It seemed like it had all old-fashioned DDR furniture and was spotlessly clean and had absolutely everything you could need, including things like plug adaptors and even a really brilliant book called 'Taschen's Berlin' (in English). It seemed like the flat had been really thoughtfully put together and conscientiously maintained. Probably not a 'party flat' though, as you're in a residential block so you need to show consideration for neighbours.

Short 4 night break to Berlin (2 young adults- couple), First time so I was looking to see the sights but still wanting to see the nightlife. Great hotel and location- Out of the tourist area so it was a bit cheaper to eat out/ drink. Great little bars if you walk a bit further out. U-Bahn really close that took us everywhere we wanted to go.

The rooms are large and spacious, neat and clean. I booked a double bed, my room had a cupboard, sofa, and a large bathroom with a bath/shower toilet. my friends who had ordered two singles in a room, didn't have as big of a bathroom nor a sofa. I had a view of the river spree which is opposite the hotel. Staff are very helpful and friendly. breakfast is from 6 till about 10, and serves a nice breakfast to cater for all tastes. It's perfectly located. less then 25 minutes to either Schoenefeld and Tegel airports by taxi. To get to famous landmarks i.e Brandenburg Gate will take 15 minutes by taxi. train stations Schlesisches Tor and Warschauer Straße are 5 minutes away. Locally there are some great clubs to go to like matrix which is just around the corner. visit the local area especially Schlesische Straße which is 5 minutes from the hotel. its a street of restaurants of every type of cuisine, bars and cafe culture. and it's also the place to get some late night food after a night on the town!
