Top Dublin Hotel Reviews

Sonesta Columbus Downtown

Sonesta Columbus Downtown

10/10 Excellent
"I chose the property because it had a large suite with separate rooms for my friend and I to enjoy our own space without having to reserve 2 adjoining rooms. I stayed in a loft suite and it was worth every penny. We had windows around the entire bedroom area and a spa tub. One of the other great things about this Hotel was Vine & Forge. The restaurant and bar is open till 1am. The only downfall of the stay was a few hiccups with staff and service. Some of the waitstaff seemed rather unhappy to be at work and lacked the attentiveness you would want when paying 24.00 per drink. My guest and I treated everyone well.. I would stay there again because it had every possible amenity you could want including a convention center bridge."

"I can not really express how great this place was for our family. If you have kids this is the place to stay. They had free dinner, including drinks for mom and a Dad. The breakfast was deal food! They have a restaurant and bar open late and a pool that was full of kids. Now if you are a couple or single traveling alone, this is not your hotel, but for families, hands down the best choice you can make in Columbus. Also, I would like to add the staff was exceptional. So kind and helpful. Every single one of them I came across was top notch. A wonder experience!!!! Thank you!"

"Room was great but I don’t understand why these hotels have zero lighting in the bathrooms. It’s had to put makeup on in the dark."

"Glory and the other staff were polite, helpful and accommodating. Overall, the stay went well. However, there were issues with the elevator being out of service a few times during our stay, and there was only one elevator. Parking was easy to find and the continental breakfast held us over until lunch."

Frequently asked questions

What is Dublin like for travellers on a budget?
Dublin has cheap accommodation options and a variety of places to visit, making it a great holiday choice for budget-conscious travellers. When is the best time for a budget trip to Dublin?

Average annual precipitation for Dublin is 1235 mm.
What is there to see and do in Dublin?
Dublin attracts visitors with its popular zoo and fantastic dining options, and offers plenty to see and do without spending a fortune. You can budget for the top local attractions on your list, such as Columbus Zoo and Aquarium and Easton Town Center, and then make time for other wallet-friendly activities. Take in the local culture at Dublin Arts Council and Newport Music Hall, or visit other spots like Ohio History Center.
How can I get to Dublin and get around on a budget?
Looking at these ways to get around Dublin is a smart way to keep your trip affordable. The closest airport is Port Columbus International Airport (CMH), situated 14 mi (22.5 km) away.
