"Well maintained "

"Dirty room, broken door, odor in room, Lululemon shirt missing from room closet that staff do not assist with. I will never stay there again. Highly disappointed. "

"We stayed here for an orientation at OSU. It was about 20 minutes from the school but the cost was worth the extra time to get there. The hotel was very nice. We’ll stay here in the future when we visit our daughter at OSU. "

"Parking garage not easily accessible"

"The room was disgusting, there were stains on the couch which looked like unsavory bodily fluids, old food stuck to and stains on the computer chair, grime on the phone. All of the towel racks in the bathroom were broken. The first bed when you walk in had a huge dip in the center of it like the box spring may have been broken. The staff at the front desk was super unfriendly and rude, the guy who checked us out was nice but other than that. Just about the only thing that was half decent was the shower and even that didn’t look very clean. After seeing the state of our room, we did not risk getting in the hot tub or pool. We tried to get a different hotel but due to multiple reasons all other hotels were booked within a 50 mile radius. Good luck if you stay here I hope you don’t get some funky disease. "

"First room was occupied, second was nice and clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast menu is limited and doesn’t make sense (you can have a breakfast sandwich that costs $5.xx but can’t substitute a bagel with cream cheese that costs $2.xx). Having the drive-thru attached was nice for coffee in the mornings"

"I asked house keeping for a towel and they told me to ask the front desk. We could hear the elevator moving while trying to sleep. I just was craving a Diet Coke and when I asked the front desk if she knew where I could get one she replied NO .. no breakfast, the restaurant was closed. Hell it was difficult to get a cup of coffee "
