"It was all as expected with the exception of having one shower for the entire floor. I wish I knew this in advance. I knew it was communal shower but not that it was actually only one. It is a bit noisy but not from the jazz music (which btw was really good) but from traffic and loud guests. Sonic insulation of windows and doors is not great. "This is a dorm room, plain and simple. A marvelous price for a short summer stay in downtown Toronto if you're ok with simple, and with student neighbors. It was quiet during my visit. There is access to a large, all-gender bathroom down the hall with many sinks, toilet stalls, and shower stalls. Parking in a U of T garage is available 2 blocks away, costs about $30 overnight. One must sign up online, instructions are given at check in."
