We decided at the last minute to stay overnight in Columbia. I called Expedia to reserve a room and decided to follow up with the hotel. The reservation had shown up yet on Drury Inn's site but the hotel clerk told me she would call me back to confirm my reservation. I wasn't sure if she would but I was pleasantly surprised when she called and confirmed our reservation. When we arrived at the hotel, the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. We had snacks and drinks in the afternoon and a wonderful breakfast the next day. Everyone was great and we will be back!
I loved this hotel. Newly remodeled, clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff. Conveniently located right off the freeway.
We had a great stay. The front desk staff was very helpful when we locked our room keys inside the room. They quickly issued a replacement key.
The rooms are very comfortable and newly remodeled. Comfy beds. Decent sized bathroom.
Great experience and reasonably priced.

We were traveling from PA to the University of Kansas and wanted a place to stay over after a full day of driving so we chose this hotel. We had never heard of it before but liked the reviews that we read. Plus we wanted a room that our whole family could stay in rather than reserving two rooms and separating us. The hotel exceeded our expectations. We could easily recommend this to others traveling through the area. The handwritten thank you note thanking us for staying was a nice personal touch.
This hotel was stylish and modern, with tastefully decorated rooms and nice public areas, free wi-fi, a pool, restaurants, and conference center. It's a bit on the fringes of town but in Columbia nothing is more than a 10 minute drive away.
My husband, my two small sons (1 and 3) and myself stayed here over the weekend to attend a wedding and really enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious, very clean and the bed wonderfully comfortable. When we checked in (at 10:30pm) there were fresh hot cookies which was a great refresher after a long drive and before unpacking lots of luggage. The front walk is well maintained, seasonally decorated and inviting. The main lobby is also decorated nicely with local team spirit items and has a cozy feel with reading area and fireplace. There is a small area off the main lobby where you can purchase specialty snacks, drinks and any larger forgotten items. The room was very clean and spacious. We had a pack n play and used the couch pull out and still had plenty of room.
Lovely weekend was spent at Hotel Frederick this past weekend. When we arrived, I requested a refridgerator to be in our room, however, because the hotel had some vacancies, we were showed to 3 different rooms that had a refridgerator already in them and had our choice of which room. We did choose a different room with no additional charges. The staff was very friendly from the front desk, who allowed us to park our bikes in the basement, the bartender and the staff at The Fred restaurant which is located in the hotel. We ate dinner there one night and it was very good. For breakfast, there is a buffet laid out each morning with homemade breads, bagels, muffins, cereals, juices, coffee, yogurt etc...
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who just needs to get away from it all and be treated very nicely.
