"Great boutique hotel, friendly knowledgeable staff. Clean, full of character and easy to get to (well, as good as it gets in Venice!) without being too close to the hustle bustle. This is a period property. Be aware there is no lift, but staff are happy to help with luggage. Breakfast was pleasant, but limited. Do read reviews of Venice in general to be aware of the ‘tourist traps’."
