Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location ok. Hotel room was a big disappointment, basic furniture, but everything clean and tidy. Good for one night only when you don't need to spend a lot of time in the room, just to sleep and get to the airport or city centre. Very loud in the night, I heard everything from next rooms and the hall, couldn't sleep :-( I think it's overpriced, very poor rooms for the money.

Superb location; spotlessly clean; excellent value for money!

Located in the heart of old Palma in an historic building staying at this hotel was a fantastic experience I'll remember with fondness. It was a chance to imagine how the rich and powerful families of old Palma lived. The hotel is very centrally located with many attractions and cafes within an easy walk.

Only room left in town on the night we needed. Fulfilled our needs. A clean room, beds and the most powerful shower in the World!

A spotlessly clean hotel with a constant breeze from the sea! Great terrace for cruise ship spotting! Staff very friendly and helpful. Good selection of meals in the restaurant and a super poolside bar.

Such a peaceful and beautiful place. I can recomend this simple, but amazing hostel. Will be back!

Great location. Stunning views from roof top terrace. Hotel staff were all wonderful, friendly, courteous and helpful. The rooms were clean and tidy and what we had expected. Given the location of the hostal, we felt we received very good value for money We will definitely be returning.

We stayed in Las Palomas apartments June 7-14 and enjoyed every minute of it: located only a few minutes away from the beach, it is in the centre of everything- restaurants, countless pubs, shopping and a vibrant night life. We had a spacious room with a little kitchen and a sizable terrace which provided a breathtaking view of the sea and sunrises. Our great concierge Promise deserves million thanks: she was always there for us and went an extra mile in her customer service. When we arrived, I realized that I lost my e-tickets and she was so kind to ptint them out for me. Also, when I needed an internet access Promise generously allowed me to use her own lap-top. Next time I go to Mallorca, it's definitely a Las Palomas again! Thank you Promise for being a life saviour!
