Overview

Come city centre for our whisky history tour where you will discover how whisky has fuelled political, labour and social movements throughout the region. From the mill to the still, whisky has been a cornerstone in Pittsburgh's history. We start the tour with a sample of the oldest and longest continuously produced whisky in America. A second taster of locally produced whisky will get you in the mood to explore Pittsburgh's whisky past and present. As we walk the streets of City centre, you'll learn about the violent Whisky Rebellion in Pittsburgh, hidden former (as well as existing!) speakeasies around the city, and how Prohibition affected the region.
You will get: 2 generous whisky samples (endless refills!)+ 1 handcrafted cocktail at the Rebel Room to hang out and grab dinner afterwards.

Please note: This is NOT a bar crawl but a whisky history tour that includes whisky samples and one a cocktail. For adults 21+ only.
