What you can expect

We will discover the tai chi chuan, Chen style.
Connected with its martial origins, we will learn the poetic basics moves of taichi, like “hands in the clouds”, some taichi steps and sequences. We will learn to coordinate the whole body, to relax the muscles and calm the maind.
After the taichi experience, you are free to cross the dune if you want to go for a swim or surf in the Atlantic Ocean (i also give surf lessons).
During the taichi lesson, i will do my best to introduce you to this unique taichi method that benefit to the mental and physical habilities.
