Know before you book

  • Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap
  • Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller
  • Suitable for all physical fitness levels
  • Wear comfortable walking shoes or trainers, flip flops are not recommended for the archaeological site.
  • Children must be accompanied by an adult.
  • You must contact local supplier at least 24 hours before your product date to confirm your reservation and arrange transport. Use the contact details on your confirmation/voucher.
  • You may want to bring a light jumper or jacket as it could get cold on the transport on our way to Chichén Itzá and back.
  • Bring towels, sun cream and sunglasses, remember to use biodegradable sun cream.
  • Don’t bring tripod for your camera, as it is not allowed to get these inside the Mayan Ruins.
