What you can expect

It takes guests on an edible journey through the tastes of Montreal's global food cultures - Asian, Caribbean, Italian, Persian, all presented with the robust and comforting flavours of French bistro style. The tasting menu includes 5 courses and can be matched (for additional cost) to a 5-glass flight of artisanal wine (with touch of craft beer/cider) or virgin aperitivi and rare/aged teas. The hosting Chef is an award-winning food writer (Gourmet, Food+Wine) and culinary director who has worked with Michelin-Star chefs, luxury hotels (W, Shangri-La), and Top Chef winners around the world. The dining room is a gallery-style loft in a historic 1800's building in the famous Old Port.
