Invermoriston Falls

Stop here to look at the waterfalls and the site of St Columba's well. You may spot leaping salmon if it's the salmon season
Fort Augustus

We stop here for a lunch break and for views of Thomas Telford's Locks on the Caledonian Canal

The view from here is amazing. Study the signs here to see the geography and topology of the surrounding area.
The Falls of Foyers

If able take a short walk down to the falls or if you want you can visit the small tea room here. The falls are about 55m tall and drop into Loch Ness through a spectacular and dramatic gorge
