Itinerary:

Day 1: Ica - Ballestas Islands - Huacachina with buggy and sandboarding

We will pick you up from your central hotel in Miraflores from 4:00 am to 5:00 am. Departure from Lima by bus Arriving in Paracas we head to the port, located in the Bay of Paracas, our first stop will be the marina dock and wait to embark on our way to the Ballestas Islands. We will be on board of the boats for an average of 1 hour with 30 minutes to explore the marvellous marine world. We will start by stopping at the figure in the sand known as “El Candelabro” where the guide will explain the different theories about its function. We continue sailing with the sea breeze above us until we reach the islands and are surrounded by abundant marine life. Sea lions, Humboldt penguins, a myriad of guano birds and hopefully some curious dolphins await us. You won't want to put your camera away! We then travel to Ica for an average of 1 hour until we reach the winery, here we will have lunch and visit their winery and have an exquisite tasting of local wines and piscos. Then we continue to the Oasis of Huacachina. There we will get off the mobility to get on the tubulars that will make us go up and down the endless dunes of Ica. We will also slide on the sand boards. After this adrenaline-filled experience, you will have enough time to walk around the oasis, take pictures and do some last shopping. 5:00 pm. Private transfer (Huacachina to Nazca) 7:00 pm Arrival at the chosen hotel Accommodation in Nazca.

Day 2: Flight over the Nazca Lines

We will pick you up from your hotel in Nazca and transfer you to Maria Reiche Neumann airport for an unforgettable 30 minutes flight over the 13 most important Nazca Lines. The flight will take place on board a light aircraft, each passenger will have an individual seat with panoramic windows. This way, from both sides of the aircraft you will be able to clearly observe the impressive geoglyphs drawn by the ancient inhabitants of Peru. The condor, the spider, the monkey, the hummingbird and others. We will discover animals, plants and anthropomorphic figures perfectly traced in the middle of the desert. During the tour our professional guide will explain some of the hypotheses about the origin and function of these enormous figures. The flight will end with a landing at the same airport from which we took off. Finally we will take you back to your hotel in Nazca. 2:00 pm Return from Nazca - Lima.
