After a brief fire safety discussion, our skilled instructors will tailor the experience to suit your group. For families with younger children the fire craft will focus on what is needed to start a fire, how to get the right materials together and start it without using a match. Older kids and adults will be coached on axe and knife skills, to safely chop some logs and craft kindling that will really get a fire burning. Once your fire is burning, you'll be given a hamper of fresh, seasonal, ingredients and step-by-step instructions on how to prepare a fire-cooked culinary delight. Our experience team of instructors will be on hand to guide you.
