    • The La Petit Pali at Ocean Avenue, Junipero Street &, Ocean Ave, Carmel-By-The-Sea, CA 93923, United States The starting point is La Petit Pali at Ocean Avenue hotel sign at the northeast corner of Junipero and Ocean Avenue. If you arrived by bus at the Carmel Plaza you will be near the southwest corner of Junipero and Ocean Avenue directly across from Devendorf Park. Carefully cross Ocean Avenue to Devendorf Park and then turn right and cross Junipero Street. You will be in front of the green and white "La Petit Pali at Ocean Avenue" hotel sign where you will start your tour. If you don’t mind paying for parking you may park in the underground parking garage at the Carmel Plaza. The parking garage is open from 7 am to 10 pm, the cost currently is $5 per hour maxing out at $30 per day. The entrance is located between Ocean Ave. and 7th Ave on Mission Street on the west side of the plaza.

What you can expect

This is a self-guided audio tour where your mobile device is your audio guide. You walk around Carmel-by-the-Sea visiting 11 of its magical fairy tale houses. While you walk, learn the history behind the homes and discover the creative man who built them: Hugh Comstock.
Start your experience near the Carmel Plaza, and navigate your way through Carmel's busy streets to marvel at the distinct architecture and particular storey of each cottage.
Curate your own experience and spend as little or as long at each house as you wish. The tour ends at Devendorf Park across from the Carmel Plaza.
