We'll start on the terrace where we'll learn to drink wine from "porrón" (a jug with a long spout). Next, we'll make the famous Romesco sauce from scratch, that we will have with the Calçots (a type of spring onion). As we wouldn't have it any other way, we'll start the fire for the barbecue to grill the Calçots. We can't forget "allioli", an emulsion of garlic and olive oil, which we'll also make from scratch along with "pan con tomate", the famous Catalan bread with tomato. For the main dish, there are 2 options: a typical Catalan sausage called "butifarra" and white beans or grilled vegetables with Romesco sauce. At last! The time to sit at the table, take in the city skyline views and enjoy the food we've prepared. When we've finished, the dessert will arrive and surprise all the guests. All that will give way to the boldest part of the event where we will dance as the night closes in on the studio and the space becomes a small disco. Music and dancing will make this experience very special.
