This Acroyoga class will be for a total of 90 minutes. That will give us plenty of time to warm-up and get started.
This activity is for all levels. I personally like working with beginners, because I love to see how much fun people have on their first time. But if you are intermediate or advanced, I am ready to work on any flow or pose you would like :D.
First, we will pick a scenic place to practice. Whether is nature or a cool yoga studio.
Once we are all settled in, we will start with a dynamic warm-up.
You have the option to choose whether you would like to practice standing acrobatics or L-Basing (meaning, me in the ground).
After our warm-up, and after we decided what we are going to do, we will spend 80 minutes creating a flow, working on fundamentals, and having a blast.
For an extra charge, we can add a photo shoot and get some cool shots of you “flying” through the air.
No requirements other than bring a smile and be ready to fall in love with this practice :D.
