Departing early from Mto wa Mbu, the journey to Serengeti National Park takes approximately 5–6 hours, passing through the scenic Ngorongoro Conservation Area with stunning crater views. Upon arrival at the Naabi Hill Gate around midday, a picnic lunch is enjoyed before embarking on a thrilling half-day game drive in the Seronera region, famous for its abundant wildlife, including lions, cheetahs, leopards, elephants, and seasonal Great Migration herds. The vast savannah, dotted with acacia trees and rocky kopjes, provides incredible photography and wildlife viewing opportunities. As the sun sets, the drive concludes with an evening transfer to a campsite or lodge for a well-deserved rest, surrounded by the sounds of the African wilderness.

Due to the animal “oasis” created within the crater, there is a high possibility of spotting every member of ‘The Big 5’. The group comprises some of the strongest animals in Africa – the ferocious lion, the giant elephant, the stealthy leopard, the charging rhino and the mighty water buffalo. Ngorongoro Crater is truly an amazing place. Within the amazing crater you can expect to view the playful zebra, lumbering hippo, swift wildebeest and cackling hyenas. In addition, there are flocks of graceful flamingos along the Soft drink Lake, while hungry hawks and vultures circle the sky in search their next meal of discarded carcass.
