You will discover the history and traditions of the best italian dish, you will have a presentation of the best ingredients that must be selected for the preparation of the pizza and you will be guided through the entire pizza process from the dough to the oven. You will have one pizza dough each, expertly prepared well in advance, the result of night-time leavening of water and flour and the yeast process.The pizzaiolo will explain the process that leads to its creation and all leavening details. Then you will begin to put the simplest but also the most precious toppings on top that give rise to the queen of pizza margherita and you will be able to bake your masterpiece and you will observe the cooking time until you will serve your pizza on the plate and you can enjoy it with your friends.
