Later, proceed to Main Ghat to attend the evening prayer ceremony called Aarti, which is organised after the sun sets. This is the way of worship to give thanks to the river Ganges. This is open to everyone, and it attracts thousands of people. The Hindu ritual of saying thanks is very unique and originated a few years ago, but it is rapidly becoming famous around the world. Since this ceremony is attended by thousands of people, we will watch it from a rooftop. A safe and comfortable place to hold this prayer ceremony takes 45 minutes. This very engaging ceremony takes place on steps at the edge or strand of the Ghat prayer, performed by 7 young priests. It starts with Vedic hymns and mantras As holy chants are blown, a conch shell is used with an incense stick, sandalwood powder, a multi-oil lamp, and camphor. As soon as the Aarti is over, the priest pours the water into the Ganges, and prayers mark an end.

After lunch, you will proceed to Sarnath, where Lord Gautama Buddha gave his first sermon to his five disciples. At Sarnath, we will visit the temple of Buddha. then visit the ruins and see many votive stupas Dharamrajika stupa, where the bonnets and asses of Buddha were enshrined for the Buddhist Memorial, and Dhamekh stupa, where Buddha taught his first speech, are the main attractions of Sarnath. Visit the Bodhi Tree, which is the original banyan tree planted in Bodhgaya.
