Nice hotel for one night. We had an event at USI and it was clean and breakfast was great, especially for the price. Will return next time in Evansville.

Host was very generous and understanding. Due to weather we had to cancel and reschedule andAllison was amazing to work with, she was quick to communicate and accommodated any needs. The house was EXTREMELY CLEAN! All property had all amenities needed for a comfortable stay.
