The phone in the room didn’t work, so anytime we needed something, we had to go to the front desk, the jets in the jacuzzi tub in the bathroom didn’t work properly, and the shower was scalding hot. Thousand Hills Resort Hotel
Parking is terrible. The bathrooms in the rooms are tiny and don’t lock. When we arrived the toilet wouldn’t flush and the bathroom sink wouldn’t drain. No microwaves in the rooms and the fridges in the rooms are tiny.

Heritage Inn & Suites St. Louis/Fenton, Trademark by Wyndham
Our AC and fridge didn’t work in our room. Person at the front desk was very helpful and got us moved to a new room where everything was functioning. The hot tub was nice but the pool was extremely cold. It was an inside/outside pool so it wasn’t a huge surprise even in May.

MainStay Suites Springfield South - Battlefield Rd
Water heater did not work. Staff worked with Expedia and colluded to not give me a refund. No privacy with the rooms. Exterior stairs for the units.
