"Paid for an upgraded suite only to be told at check in - the room had never been cleaned and we were downgraded to a small room with only 2 beds for 3 adults. At first, we were offered a room with one king bed, so at least grateful for the second option. We were still charged the upgraded price and ..."

"Over all, it was very nice. A little rugged and was not expecting a cabin type of room for a resort. They had some really good activities at the resort (to cold to swim) and it was mostly cloudy and rain...not their fault. The staff was very nice."
