Country Cascades Waterpark Resort
Pool is cold. No mircwave in room. They locked us out of our room 1 day before we was scheduled to leave so they had to redo out arm band's.

Nothing opened 24 hr, room felt small and refrigerator kept making noise, staff waited to checks in , i should be refunded

Westgate Smoky Mountain Resort & Water Park
Food was great, water Park was closed for 2 of our 3 full days. View was incredible, but room needs some deep cleaning and an update. Bed was extremely uncomfortable, pillows were terrible and sheets were like sandpaper. Worst sleep I've had on vacation.
