I loved my stay here. Joey at the front concierge desk was so helpful, especially as I had a few bags with me. He also provided me with great advice on local restaurants. My room was amazing and I had a view of the park!

Embassy Suites by Hilton Charleston Historic District
The hotel is in need of some uplifts - the paint is chipped in the rooms, the carpet is shabby, there were some marks on the wall behind the toilet, etc. The breakfast was great - the evening receptions was great, the staff we met were great but the property is a bit off.

The Ryder Hotel
I almost don’t want to share this hidden gem. Even though this hotel is small, it has everything you need for a great stay at affordable price. Our room was clean and spacious. Mills House Charleston, Curio Collection by Hilton
We picked a city view delux room but were given a view of the parking lot and trash cans. The trash trucks came to empty the bins every morning around 5am, waking us all up. I was not happy.
